Faced to the increasing issues related to footage and in order to meet the growing demand from producers, this new department is supervised by an experienced documentalist with a solid background in television and cinema.

The professionalism, speed and efficiency of I MEDIATE FOOTAGE team members has grown with every year and project. Acting as guarantor for the demands of producers and directors is a priority that was made possible thanks to many factors, such as: field experience that continues to grow; a solid background in documentary research, cinema, audiovisual and intellectual property rights; rich, varied profiles; eclectic, cultured and curious people with a strong artistic sense; a keen interest in documentary research and a perfect command of foreign languages. In addition, sound knowledge of the sources and rights holders of archival images and privileged partnerships with the contacts in these entities are all assets that improve negotiation on behalf of our clients.

Today, the FOOTAGE department has supervised and performed all documentary research and necessary clearance for more than 120 projects.

With more than 300 clearance projects, I MEDIATE FOOTAGE has benefited from the know-how and operating methods of its referent, I MEDIATE CLEARANCE, and today offers its partners optimal legal security: turnkey excerpt management, respect of the chain of title, drafting contracts on obtaining authorization and legal follow-up of research results.

In addition to clearance, I MEDIATE FOOTAGE also offers viewing of rushes and the rough cut to check that the factual elements visible in the film conform with what was inserted and cleared.

This final verification also controls all credits relating to archives and footage, as well as compliance with any obligations that the producer has undertaken on this occasion.
