An EDHEC Business School graduate with a Master’s in Intellectual Property Law at Paris XII Law University, under the supervision of Professor Christophe Caron, Myriam Rak Alembik has over 15 years of experience as an intellectual property lawyer specialized in audiovisual matters. Her career in film production companies, then companies that produce animated films and series, inspired her boundless interest in new legal challenges in the audiovisual sector and convinced her of the importance of these new issues.
Passionate about intellectual property and cinema, since the creation of the company, she has been responsible for clearance management and supervision at I MEDIATE CLEARANCE.

Elodie Soulié graduated with a Master’s in Intellectual Property Law in Nantes under Professor André Lucas, after studying law at Paris-Assas University. She joined the I MEDIATE CLEARANCE team as a clearance specialist after interning for several months at I Mediate, then in the legal department of a major record company.
Curious, committed and passionate, she supervises with Clémence the Clearance department for films, documentaries, clips, commercials and other audiovisual projects.

Clémence Glé graduated with a Master’s in Intellectual Property Law in Nantes under Professor Jean-Pierre Clavier, after studying law at Rennes University. She joined the I MEDIATE CLEARANCE team as a clearance specialist, after interning for several months with I MEDIATE, then in the legal department of SCPP (French Society of Sound and Music Producers).
Her dual passion for law and cinema, combined with her listening, negotiating and analytical skills are invaluable assets for supervising the rights and clearance department within the company.

After a Master’s at INA SUP for Audiovisual Heritage Management and two BA’s, one in cinema and another in audiovisual documentation research, a DUT (University Technological Diploma) specializing in the book industry and an initial Law University education, Marianne Lafontaine joined the I MEDIATE CLEARANCE team after working as a documentalist for TV and radio. Following several years of experience and multiple projects, She manages and supervises the “Archive Images & Footage” department with Mathilde, as well as the training and recruitment of the other documentalists in the department.

After graduating at INA SUP as a Multimedia documentalist and completing a research Master’s in art history as well as a diploma for photography, Mathilde Landais joined the Archives & Footage department of I MEDIATE CLEARANCE following an internship with Marianne and several experiences at the Louvre Museum, the Ceramic Museum at Sèvres, a press agency and a photo lab.
Determined, meticulous, combining documentary skills, project management know-how and a good image and digital technology culture, Mathilde is highly complementary with Mathilde and their duet is particularly effective.

Graduated from the INA SUP Master’s Degree in Audiovisual Heritage Management, after
obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Humanities and Cinema and spent an exchange semester at the
University of Krakow, Simon Krel joined the teams of the “Archives and Footage” department of I
MEDIATE CLEARANCE as a documentalist in June 2020. Curious and always on the lookout for
ways to facilitate and IMPROVE his work and that of his colleagues, he quickly found his place
within the team. His appetite for audiovisual and arts, history and everything related to general
culture allow him to be fully involved in all the projects he meets.

After graduating in Law at Brussels Free University then completing an Intellectual Property LLM at Fordham University in New York, Tamara Saint-Léger was trained by the I MEDIATE CLEARANCE teams following some experience working for the legal department of a pharmaceutical group and interning in a law practice specializing in Intellectual Property in New York. Now back to Brussels, she heads the Archives & Footage Department of SLM MEDIA, the Belgian partner of I MEDIATE CLEARANCE.
